Party season is upon us and there couldn’t be a better time to start pulling those festive outfits together. There are many things that make up a party look, but one piece to never neglect are your shoes. Since you’ll be stuck dancing in them all night long, might as well invest a little more and make it a showstopping one! Fortunately, there are so many jaw-dropping styles that will get you through the season’s office parties, black tie events, weddings, and more. Keep scrolling for my favorite holiday party shoes.

Glitter Shoes

When thinking about the holidays, a few things immediately come to mind – sparkles, glitter and all things bright! If there are any holiday party shoes that embody that, it’s glitter heels! Whether you love a sky-high platform or a classic pump, this shoe works for evening gowns, cocktail dresses, and more. If you want to spruce up your favorite jeans a bit more, glitter heels will do that too!

Rhinestone Heels

I’ve been on that rhinestone shoe trend over a year ago and it remains one of my favorite styles this season. The beauty of this shoe is that it looks amazing with jeans and fancy frocks alike. A quick scroll through Instagram will show you that fashion girls are all over these Manolo’s and Jimmy Choo’s (on sale!). So if it’s on your covet list, know that you can get the same vibe for less with these mules.

Crystal Bucket Boots

Another rising trend I can’t get enough of are crystal buckle boots! They’re the perfect alternative to basic black boots and will instantly dress up jeans, mini dresses, and more! This pair is so good and reasonably priced – it even comes in plaid, making it the best dupe for the ever-so-popular Balenciaga booties.

Tulle Heels

Tulle heels are definitely novel and just now hitting the market. While designer brands offer the best styles currently, they’re totally worth it if you’re wanting to steal the show. Wear them with thigh slit dresses, leather shorts, or anything leg baring to usher them into the spotlight. I’m obsessed with these pumps!

Velvet

Looking to rock a luxe on luxe ensemble? Holiday party shoes made from velvet are just what you need. In jewel tones, like emerald or red, they look even more regal. I bought my Laurence Dacade platforms (above – available on Poshmark here, similar here) a few years ago and always break them out once the holidays roll around.

Feather Details

The one holiday party shoe you need to add to your stash are feather heels. They’re not only so much fun but surely made for dancing. When you’re not out partying, use these festive hooves to take your daily outfits to another level. They look uber chic with cropped trousers or denim.
