Cleanser & Exfoliants
Beautiful, glowing skin originates from clean, healthy skin. So, having a good all-purpose cleanser is super important, as well as an exfoliant to use a couple of times per week to get that extra luminosity.
On the flip side, sometimes winter air actually makes my skin randomly break out, or it overcompensates for the dryness by producing excess oil. I love Korean brands like Amorepacific and Dr. Jart for its gentle exfoliation.

Moisturizers & Oils
You absolutely need a good moisturizer and/or hydrating oil for winter to get that glowing effect. One of my favorites is this set from Biossance, which includes a cleansing and facial oil plus a serum to give yourself the full hydrating treatment.
I’m also obsessed with L’Occitane Almond Oil which I use when I want a little extra nourishment. Other great facial oils are by Herbivore and Sunday Riley. For a major glow booster, I mix face oils with my moisturizer or foundation.

Makeup
Now moving onto makeup… No amount of makeup can ever truly replicate the radiance of healthy skin! However, if you take care of your skin, the products below will enhance what you’ve got going on tenfold.
Light-weight makeup definitely helps accentuate glow, which is why I like BB and CC creams. The ones by IT Cosmetics and Dr. Jart provide the perfect amount of coverage and it has SPF! If you’re looking for a foundation, you definitely need to check out the infamous Armani Luminous Silk Foundation – or Tom Ford’s Traceless Foundation.
Highlighters are also major game changers when it comes to getting your glow on. Glossier products have such a lovely, dewy appearance that really let your natural beauty shine through! The Haloscope Highlighter is so easy to put on, it’s moisturizing, and has tons of vitamins! Becca also makes really stunning powder highlighters.

Eyeshadow
Although not entirely necessary, eyeshadow can be really great way to open up the eyes. I recommend Tarte and Urban Decay eyeshadow palettes. They have everything- from smoky eye and neutral tones to bold colors! Use it as the final finishing touch to brighten your eyes and accentuate your dazzling complexion!
