Being in Morocco was like a dream. The smell of the ocean air was wafting in the air. Stunning beauty was everywhere. Adventure and vibrant life was always around the corner.
Take me back to Morocco. My Moroccan sojourn left me speechless. The place is pure magic. From Casablanca, Rabat, to Marrakech, I was greeted with views I won’t soon forget and experiences that are truly unique to this spectacular place.
I stayed at the Four Seasons at my first stop, Casablanca. Mouth-watering local cuisine awaited me, and the amenities on-site were simply amazing. I had a view of the beach, access to the most beautiful pools, and luxuriated in baths looking out into the ocean. This was a truly out-of-this-world escape. Of course, I did some side adventures as well. My wanderlust took me to the truly breathtaking Hassan II Mosque and Rabat, Morocco. The side streets of Rabat were so much fun to explore, while the architecture and history at the Hassan II Mosque left me in awe.
At my second stop, Marrakech, the Four Seasons greeted me with some treats as soon as I walked into my room. Fresh roses, peaches, and Morroccan treats were an amazing start to my Marrakech experience. The Four Seasons Marrakech was my sanctuary for this leg of the trip. I will certainly miss relaxing underneath the palm trees and poolside, and walking through their remarkable lounge red-tinged lounge area. The highlight of my Marrakech trip was my shopping jaunt to the medina. Exotic aromas of spices were around every street, and I very much enjoyed getting lost in this world. I stocked up on spices, and beautiful handmade accent throw pillows and blankets.
Morocco is a place that burns itself onto your memory and soul. I loved every minute I spent in this magical place.
