Summer in New York is absolutely crazy, but your summer outfits don’t have to be. One week it was in the 60s and 70s. And then out of nowhere, it’s nearly 100 degrees outside! It can be challenging to figure out a comfortable and breathable summer outfit, and even more challenging to figure out a fashionable summer outfit. Thankfully with the warm weather I’ve been able to wear some fabulous summer outfits that totally beat the heat and make me look and feel as stylish as ever. Do I need to say it again? I LOVE shiny things. Love love loves them. And this striped sparkly dress—paired with silver metallic heels is an ideal summer going-out outfit. Sometimes sparkles can be a bit much when paired with too many shine all in one outfit, but I love how the muted colors in this dress balance out the shine, so the silver heels aren’t too much with it.

Florals are always in for summer, and I’m obsessed with this vintage floral top that I wore with a casual pair of jeans. Obviously, sheer pretty much screams summer. It’s sexy and lets your skin breathe on those days when it gets hot. But sometimes sheer can be a little too sexy, which is why I love this sheer ruffle top. The ruffles add a playfulness that makes the top suitable for a daytime look.

I love how yellow is making a comeback. And not just regular yellow. Bold, loud, bright yellow. It’s such an attention grabber, and pairs so well with a cozy, breathable pair of boyfriend jeans. I could actually wear this outfit every day.

Festival fashion is so fun because you have so much freedom express yourself and experiment with the craziest, boldest pieces and combinations you can imagine. I’m like a human rainbow with all the colors, and the tassels cut-offs are to die for!
