As a blogger, I find myself planted in front of my computer screen for long hours at a time. While I find a lot of inspirations through other blogs and social media, often I find myself most inspired by stepping away from the screen. Whether it’s road-tripping across the states, or just playing tourist in my own town, being outdoor really gets my creative juices flowing.
Brooklyn Bridge Park is one of my favorite places in the city. It has breathtaking views, and a tranquil atmosphere, which is rare in New York City! Yesterday I grabbed my new favorite backpack, with the gorgeous “Americana” prints that Rachel Zoe designed exclusively for eBay, and off I went. I did a little reading on the plush lawns, then sat on the rocks gazing into the skyline and just let my mind wander.
I find that people are always looking for more positivity and happiness in their lives, and my blog is my way of offering that to people. It’s endlessly inspiring to know that I can make some sort of difference in people’s attitudes toward themselves and their own lives.
