The blue oceans surrounding me. The blue skies are majestic above me. Mexico has always been magical to me. Each visit reveals something new about Mexico, awakens my sense of wonder, and fuel my wanderlust even more. My stay at Azul Beach by Karisma was no exception. Every single day was a sweet oceanside reverie. It was almost like being in perpetual state of dream-like bliss.
My whole Karisma experience was absolutely heavenly. Waking up to breakfast by the beach after a night of having the best sleep ever was reason enough for me to cherish this trip beyond measure. The Karisma experience was one of adventure (like full day excursions), and moments of quiet calm (like a relaxing beachside massage in my cabana).
As you very well may know, I love to explore when I travel. I loved when we took a day trip to Azul Beach’s sister resort, El Dorado Maroma. Rosé with breakfast followed by some quiet me time on a hammock–tell me, what’s not to love about that? Of course, I couldn’t leave Mexico without exploring Tulum on a day trip. We went to the splendid Cenote, and the historic and epic Chichen Itza. Both places are carved into my memory as the most wondrous vistas I’ve seen and places I’ve been.
Coming out of the blue from my Karisma Experience at Azul Beach was bittersweet. I was incredibly happy during my stay and loved every minute of it, but at the same time, I was very sad to leave this slice of paradise. Until we meet again, Azul!
