As a statement piece, I love wearing this watch with a monochrome look and a strap that’s contrasting in color. It’s already summer in New York but still chilly on some day. I took a big risk and styled this light trench coat as a wrap dress, and almost had a wardrobe malfunction! But I’m glad that made a lot of you laugh on Instagram.

I’m used to wearing a watch at this point now, so I need to have one on when I can. When I’m just out getting coffee or grabbing lunch, I love switching the watch band to a neutral like this white one to go with my more casual outfits.

I know what you all might be thinking. Isn’t it a hassle to constantly switch the color of the bands? Not in my case at all. Dressing up is basically what I live to do. It’s actually so convenient for me to be able to wear the same watch with so many outfits. If it means taking 5 minutes to swap out a white strap for a black one that will complete my chic date night look, then it’s actually really fun!
When it comes to watches, many of them can feel very mature. But I personally really appreciate how modern and youthful this particular Serpenti watch is due to it taking shape of more a bracelet! It’s definitely not a new concept as I’ve started to see a few style like this pop-up.
