Traveling is food for the soul. All the sights, sounds, and tastes at each destination is something I look forward to. Cathay Pacific gives each traveler a new experience to look forward to each time they fly.
My trip to Bali started off without a hitch as I relaxed in my premium economy seat. Champagne in hand and spacious seating, The last time I flew Cathay Pacific was on my honeymoon to the Maldives where we flew business class. Cathay Pacific’s Premium Economy was just every bit as comfortable as business class for a fraction of the cost. Both experiences were one for the books. This airline never fails to provide comfort and amenities while you’re traveling.
Upon arrival at Hong Kong for a layover, I lounged at The Wing and The Cabin–this is Cathay Pacific’s top-notch, world-class, and luxurious airport lounges at their hub. Forget those sad buffets and lackluster couches you see at the typical airport lounges. The Wing is Cathay Pacific’s flagship lounge equipped with varied amenities. With a modern, minimalist design, The Wing has everything you could ever want; shower suites, fresh-baked pastries and coffee at the Coffee Loft, an a la carte menu with wine pairings or several buffet selections at the Haven, IT facilities with workstations, the Reading Room with a wide selection of international publications, and of course, a full service bar with signature cocktail, premium champagne and wine.
The Cabin, on the other hand, features WiFi-enabled tablets, The Health Bar with freshly pressed juices, yum, The Deli with its fresh snack option, and workstations as well. The Cabin also has those amazing Solus Chairs that provide privacy and comfort in its sleek design.
I couldn’t ask for anything more from my Cathay Pacific experience. The initial leg of my trip to Bali was truly amazing because of all the amenities and service at the lounges and in my Premium Economy seat. I loved every minute of it!
