Sherpa
One cozy winter trend that the world can seemingly not get enough of this season is sherpa. This textured fabrication is continually spotted on the inner linings of jackets, on handbags, and even in shoes. The sherpa popularity during winter makes total sense though, as it is inherently cozy and warm. Maximize this cold weather trend by styling it with your jeans to further elevate your outfit. Everything from a fully sherpa jumper to a sherpa vest looks seasonally appropriate and effortless. It also ties in that highly coveted aprés chic aesthetic into your outfit as well.

Button Up Shirts
Let’s first start by pairing two wardrobe staples together – jeans and a button up shirt. I am sure most of you have both items within your arsenal of clothing, making this an easy outfit combination to obtain. This combo can be as effortless as a simple white blouse loosely tucked into your most worn denim pants or you can step out of the box a bit by opting for a printed top and some loose, wide-legged jeans for a more trend savvy take. Either of these outfit options leave room for you to embellish with chic accessories and additional layers for warmth. If you are going from day-to-night, wear sneakers in the morning and throw your sultry pair of strappy heels in your bag to change into for after hours.

Tweed
Nothing says classy quite like a tweed piece. This is a woven, woolen fabric that is often stitched into variations of plaid and will likely remind you of some of the collections from Chanel. So as you can see, tweed is an incredibly sophisticated look, making it a great pairing to dress up your denim with this winter. In particular, I love a good tweed jacket that you can use as a layering device for your everyday outfit. It just adds so much class and your jeans instantly look more polished and put together than ever before. Further enhance the vibe with added accessories like pearl jewelry or even a beret.

Leather
Leather weather, indeed. I, amongst the majority, love styling leather for the weather since it is such a heavy fabrication. It holds the power to make any outfit look more edgy and a little aloof. Leather continues to be a major trend for the winter this year, with no apparent signs of it slowing down. If you are looking to elevate your denim, you can certainly utilize a leather piece to add style points to your outfit. This trend is so fun to play with because leather truly evolved into so many different looks. Wear your jeans with a leather blazer, moto jacket, work shirt, cutout top (and so many more) to create a unique, on-trend winter outfit.

Satin
To round off the denim looks, my last suggestion is to incorporate a top that exudes nothing but luxury. This does not mean you need to spend a fortune to achieve this look either! Satin or silk tops are so incredibly elegant and go really well with a simple pair of denim. It could be as easy as just tucking a satin blouse into your bottoms and calling it a day, knowing the silky, glam top balances
out the casual jeans effortlessly.
