You might remember this outfit from my Instagram roundups, but I wanted to dedicate a post to it specifically for the bag. Although I’m one to buy into trends, I try to stay away from pieces everyone buys and wears. That means one of the things I do is look out for under the radar brands that no one is paying attention to. 1. Staud
The bag I’m carrying in this look is Staud, which you can find at retailers like Net-a-Porter or shop directly on its website. Launched by the former Fashion Director of Reformation, the bags showcase that relaxed, effortless vibe that the Reformation is known for. Most of their bag styles consist of buckets and totes. And although seemingly basic, they reveal interesting details that make each piece unique.

2. Danse Lente
I love the name of this brand because it stands for “slow dance” in French – how beautiful is that? What draws me to this line is how architectural and sculptural each handbag looks. From the handles to the way they opens, there’s a special ring to it that other bag lines don’t. Price-wise, the collection isn’t over the top – and it’s what I consider affordable for something that’s this great in quality. 3. Trade-Mark
Trade-Mark makes both bags and shoes, but I find their bags alluring for their quirkiness. The funky colors, cage-like designs, and embellishments are all notable are all striking and eye-catching. I always love the element of surprise and I’d say these bags have that trademark.
